Ali’s development has shifted towards a highly personal consideration of the role of these aforementioned skills in the development of his own voice and hence his own identity. I thought I was the coolest person an alive because I was playing with all the big boys on the premier soccer squad, but the kids were quick to let me know that I was still a new player by the quality that they played.
